Basilica of the Assumption 

Please join us for a festival of joyous and enchanting music to benefit Catholic Charities Senior Housing Communities. Enjoy the magic of the holiday season with performances by the Concert Artists of Baltimore at America's First Cathedral, the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in downtown Baltimore. 

Wine, Cheese & Dessert Reception

Following the Concert at the Basilica of the Assumption, a Wine, Cheese & Dessert Reception will be held at Catholic Charities Senior Housing at Basilica Place, close to both the Basilica of the Assumption and the Franklin Garage. 

Tickets

Tickets are $125 for preferred seating and $100 for general seating at the Concert at the Basilica of the Assumption. All tickets include free parking and the Festival’s Wine, Cheese & Dessert Reception following the concert.  Please note for tax deduction purposes:  

• The estimated value of food & entertainment for a preferred seating ticket is $65. 
• The estimated value of food & entertainment for a general seating ticket is $50.

Tickets may be purchased online through December 5.

Funding for supportive services, assisted living, and in-home services for seniors remains extremely scarce. Catholic Charities Senior Housing works diligently to enhance the services we offer within the affordable apartment setting to help older adults age in place, right at home, in their own attractive, comfortable senior housing community. Your support of events like the Christmas Festival makes this possible.

Catholic Charities Senior Housing at Basilica Place, the site of this year’s Christmas Festival Reception, celebrates its 30^th Anniversary this year and marks the beginning of Catholic Charities Senior Housing Communities.  Today, Catholic Charities offers housing and services to older adults with more than 1,600 apartments at 22 communities in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Garrett and Harford Counties and Baltimore City.
